Jesler Muntendam (1996) is a Dutch designer who blurs the lines between art and design. Currently based in Sweden, she creates refined jewelry and objects from her studio in Jämtland, driven by a deep appreciation for sustainability and craftsmanship. Her designs offer a contemporary interpretation of natural processes and cultural fragments, giving recycled materials new life.

Her fascination with materials began while walking through the streets of Rotterdam, where her eye was drawn to brightly colored packaging—remnants of our time, much like rocks serve as historical records for geologists. This idea forms the foundation of her work: jewelry as modern fossils, carefully composed of recycled plastics, silver, and gold.

Jesler’s handcrafted pieces, known as ‘Future Rocks,’ combine a sculptural aesthetic with an organic, fluid energy. Each design reflects her admiration for form and the subtle beauty of repurposed materials. In addition to jewelry, she also creates objects where color, form, and reflection play a central role.
